Correction to this article

The authors would like to bring to your notice that the incision is made in the ‘second intercostal space’ NOT in the third intercostal space’ as erroneously mentioned in the last paragraph of the Introduction, first sentence of the Surgical technique and first paragraph of the Conclusions.
